I wear keens because I like how they fit on my foot, but my trip through the narrows a few weeks ago really tore them up. La Sportiva and 5-10 Canyoneers will hold up better, but if you have the keens already they are fine and yes make sure the shoe you wear has covered toes. I did hurt my heel though wearing the keens in there. 12 hours is about right. Thanks for the compliment.
